Fees

The Jamberoo Surgery is a private billing practice (excluding DVA gold card patients). Fees vary depending upon the duration and complexity of the service.
Full payment is required on the day via credit card/debit card (EFTPOS), we are unable to accept cash payments. Using the practice’s Tyro machine, the Medicare rebate may be refunded onto the patient’s card on the same day.
Private fees apply for all procedures, such as skin lesion excisions, iron infusions and insertion of contraceptive devices.
Private fees apply for all patients without a Medicare card, with payment required in full on the day.

A private fee applies for any scripts or referrals supplied without an appointment

Nursing Fees apply if your consult is with the nurse only and not the doctor. Our nurses provide exceptional care and the fee applied supports this service. This is a private, out of pocket fee of $25 or $35 and is a time dependent fee.
