Appointments can be made by calling the surgery on (02) 4207 4222 and also online via the Hotdoc link

Booked GP appointments are available Monday-Friday 8.00am-5pm, with an evening clinic on a Thursday from 5.30pm-7pm.

If you are a new patient, you can complete the new patient registration form here via the HotDoc Link or you can complete a paper copy at the surgery.

Not all appointments are published online, please call if you are unable to find an appointment and we will try and help you.

Urgent issues: please inform our reception staff if you believe you have an urgent problem. We will then ask you some questions to see if you require a doctor’s appointment or we need to arrange early ambulance attendance.

Parking

We have free carparking at the rear of the property onsite, including one disabled parking spot

Mobile Phones

Please be respectful of others in the surgery waiting area and we request that mobile phones be placed on silent and their use be kept to a minimum.

Appointment Cancellation and “no show” policy

We request that if you are unable to attend any appointment at the surgery, that you notify reception at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows the appointment to be offered to another patient who may require to see a doctor more urgently. An appointment can be rescheduled by phoning the surgery.
A “did not attend fee” will be charged of $30 if a patient fails to attend or cancel the appointment within the requested time. This fee can be paid either before or at the time of the next appointment at the surgery.
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice, may face a restriction being placed on their patient record and will not be able to make further appointments..

Waiting Room

Every effort is made to keep appointment times on schedule. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and emergency cases, appointments may at times be delayed. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Patients are welcome to ring the practice to check whether the doctor is running on time. We can advise on how many patients are waiting to be seen to best estimate the delay time.

Interpreter Service

If you require interpreting services, please advise the practice staff so arrangements can be made prior to your appointment.
